Was your medication lost or damaged?

If your medication was lost or damaged because of a disaster in your area, you should go to a local pharmacy and ask for an emergency refill.

Customers may get an emergency refill from a local pharmacy through the dates below.

NC residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through October 6, 2017.

Los Angeles County, CA, the coastal counties in Georgia, and SC: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through October 5, 2017.

Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, AL and FL residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through October 4, 2017.

MS residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through September 21, 2017.

Trinity County, CA residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through September 30, 2017.

TX residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through September 22, 2017.

LA residents: you may get an emergency refill from your local pharmacy through September 22, 2017.
