Cigna-HealthSpring is committed to providing our customers with health care benefits and services. The Behavioral Health Unit provides individualized and integrated behavioral health solutions to our customers through our Intake Team, Utilization Management Team, and Community Based Care Coordination (CBCC) Team.
- Behavioral Health services covered by Cigna-HealthSpring (prior authorization must be obtained for some non-emergent behavioral health services)
- Depression disease management program
- Assistance finding a behavioral health provider in the Cigna-HealthSpring network
Routine hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m central. However, calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our after-hours service health care professional.
