Once you are licensed and your appointments are made, send the following forms to the Cigna HealthCare Commissions Department. You can get these forms from your local sales office or at the Cigna HealthCare Commissions Department:
- Customer acknowledgement form (for all funding arrangements)
- Producer acknowledgement form (signed by broker/agent)
- Producer contract agreement
Keep in mind that we must receive these forms before commissions are paid.
Payment schedule
We pay commissions twice a month and only after receiving the applicable premium payment.
To make sure you get your commission payments, please report any change in address to the Cigna HealthCare Commissions Department and to the state Department of Insurance. The Broker of Record Changes requires newly complete forms. Contact your Cigna sales representative for more details.

Direct deposit
Direct deposit automatically transfers your commission payments to your bank account.
For direct deposit of your commission payments, contact the Cigna HealthCare Commissions Department at 800.903.7711 and ask for an authorization form.
Bonus program for sales
Cigna rewards successful brokers with bonus incentives. Cigna HealthCare offers a national bonus program for group health insurance brokers that increase their sales. Contact your Cigna HealthCare sales representative for more details about how our bonus program can supplement your regular commissions.
