Patient Assurance ProgramSM

If you rely on insulin for diabetes, it can be challenging to afford. With our Patient Assurance Program, you may be eligible to get coverage for a 30-day supply of a Preferred Brand covered, eligible insulin for no more than a $25 out-of-pocket cost. This program reduces out-of-pocket costs for insulin by an average of 40% or more.5
