• Cigna presentation toolbox (CPT)
  CPT is a web-based application to create customer presentations and introduce Cigna HealthCare's suite of products and services.
• Train-the-trainer session
  This session lets customers carry out enrollment for their employees. It includes plan-design overviews, overheads and slide presentations.
• Pre-enrollment line
  Cigna offers pre-enrollment telephone support for members and non-members to call in with questions about their insurance plans.
• Conference calls and webcasts
  Cigna HealthCare sales representatives offer conference calls to give presentations and answer questions. Additionally, we offer webcast presentations.
• Q & A call-in sessions
  Your customers can speak with Cigna sales representatives on the phone to ask any of their questions.
• Customized presentations
  We also help you create special presentations with video, Macromedia Flash^® and more. Remember to contact your Cigna HealthCare representative early for this option.
