AUDIOStrong evidence in the research of emotion science indicate that an individual’s difficulty with accepting and tolerating difficult emotions may cause extreme or unhealthy eating, exercise, or body management behaviors to develop. This presentation will discuss the connection between emotions and behavior and will provide practical tools to assist with building tolerance and resiliency to difficult, yet inevitable, emotional experiences.
