AUDIOIn this presentation, we will discuss the ways body image forms throughout a person’s life and how Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can be used to help individuals struggling with body image and eating disorder concerns. We will also explore specific skills to address and cope with difficult emotions, including using defusion, the analogy of “passengers on a bus,” and changing language.
