What are fetal alcohol spectrum disorders? How do they impact a person’s life? What role do we play in preventing FASD and supporting those impacted? FASD is the leading preventable developmental disorder in the United States, but most people know very little about the condition. This presentation will define FASD, clear up some myths, and help us to understand how we can move forward in addressing such a complex public health issue.
