    What are Cigna SureFit Plans?

    Get all of your care within a local, community of care network.* This helps make it easier for doctors to get to know you and your specific health needs so they can coordinate your care. Plus, getting care within the community of care network helps you save money.

    Cigna SureFit plan features

    • You will need to choose a primary care provider (PCP) to coordinate your health care.

    • Referrals needed from your PCP for specialists, except for OB/GYN services.

    • Out-of-network services will only be covered for emergency and urgent care.**

    • Includes global emergency and urgent care coverage**, 24/7.

    • Access to Cigna One Guide®, for personalized guidance to help you make the most of your plan.
