Cigna Affinity

Benefit plans for membership and other affinity groups.

Affinity groups—professional and trade associations, unions, banks and credit unions—often use group benefits as a way to attract and retain members. But since every group has different needs and goals, a one-size-fits-all approach to plan design often doesn’t work. Cigna Affinity works with brokers and third party administrators who utilize direct marketing techniques to promote programs.

With Cigna Affinity, you get an experienced team to help you with new business development, underwriting, account management and implementation.

Group Benefits for Membership and Affinity Groups

Accidental Injury

Accident insurance coverage options can include or exclude coverage for occupational accidents. Cigna can tailor a plan to meet an affinity sponsor’s needs by offering a choice of elimination periods, benefit amounts and benefit durations.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Plans can be designed with first-day coverage* or a choice of elimination periods and benefit periods, depending on Member needs.

Together, we can build a solution that's right for your members
