Language Assistance and Interpreter Services

If you are a Cigna health plan customer and have difficulty understanding English, we offer language assistance and interpreter services at no extra cost to you.

How can Cigna help?

Cigna provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate with us, including written information in other formats, large print, audio and accessible electronic formats.

Cigna also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages

If you need any of these services, please call the Customer Service number on your Cigna ID card. If you do not have or are unable to locate your ID card, in the United States please call 1 (866) 494-2111. If you have hearing or speech loss and use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) or a Text Telephone (TTY), dial 711 to connect with a TRS operator.
